Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to resolve any claims through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

11. Termination
